Pea Shoots.

Hi

A new venture for me, very easy to grow and very tasty, either in a salad or stirfried or steamed like spinach.

I got the tip from watching the Edible Garden.

Cheap as chips, they grow easily from dried peas from the supermarket.

Re: Pea Shoots.

I grown pea shoots I use Batchelors dried peas but they became unobtainable during lockdown like many other 'seeds' as new gardeners took on the hobby.

I like them in a mixed leaf green salad or tossed into a stir fry at the end.

They are particularly useful grown on the windowsill in the winter when salad stuff is scarce
