Tower air fryer warning

Two months ago Sue bought a Tower T17021 air fryer from Tescos. Only used about 6 times and it packed up. Looking more carefully I have to wonder about it as it did not have the new safety 3 pin plug on the end. All i can concluded is Tescos either sold a referb one or someone had modified the cord by cutting it and putting on an old plug

So this afternoon she took it back and got her money back.

This time she got one bt Power XL model instead, so will have to see how long that lasts

That is what i wondered as well Juke. At least they gave Sue her money back and she said she only had it for 3 weeks before it packed up. As I said I suspect an employee did a swap somewhere down the line. But the money back without arguement says a lot

We have just bought one it makes lovely chips .

No problem as of yet with the Power XL model.

I'd like one but I've no room for anything else in on my kitchen worktop or the cupboards. I need a bigger kitchen
