Meanwhile, the IMF doom and gloom mongers in cahoots with George Osborne and Phil Hammond have now announced that provided there is an orderly exit from the EU, the UK will grow faster than the Eurozone (in in particular, Germany) for the next 2 years (I haven't seen any predictions beyond 2 years so I take it that they only dare forecast 2 years in advance anyway).

We have been doing that since we voted leave, why only 2 years ? Nice to see the IMF starting to row back on their predictions....

.... oh ... hang on ... who was it again who predicted doom and gloom if the UK left the EU ?

Who was it who said ...

1. Sterling would hit rock bottom
2. People would lose their jobs and their houses
3. Businesses would go bankrupt
4. The UK economy would collapse

... oh yes, it's no other than convicted criminal and head of the IMF, now successfully installed as head of the ECB, Christine Lagarde.

You couldn't make it up...

Re: Meanwhile in the UK ...

I was watching on TV the European parliament in action last night. What a shambles , Not only were they in complete disarray about us leaving the EU but they didn't allow and "blue card" questions aimed at British members.

Every member was only given a set amount of time to speak, usually about a minute then the chairman switched off their mike, absolutely disgusting way to behave in the middle of a members speech

As soon as Brexit was mentioned they were all at a loss a to what they would do next. It was a real eye opener as to how dysfunctional that Parliament actually are.

I thought our parliament was bad but seeing that lot in action made ours look quite sane

Yeah its a pantomime

Just a stage for small countries to wave their dicks around and pretend their important. Then the commission ignores them and does what it wants anyway.

...and there we have it. The lies and corrupt forecasts , once again didn't deter the British public, we are far too savvy for them .

With regard the EU Parliament, I have watched many a video on youtube , and in most cases they seem to move at snails paces, and get nothing done. They're like 'dead' in their seats half the time ! A terrible waste of money .
The only one who livened it up was Farage .

Yeah I know what you mean. I like Le Penn when she lays into them too. Its even funnier through the interpreter who struggles to find some of the words she uses to absolutely lampoon the commission.
