As I have said before, as well as your splendid pictures, I like the way you bother to research what you are photographing and put a name to it for us.
I for one, wouldn't know what some of these beautiful birds and butterflies were if you didn't do that, so well done.

I take my grandchildren to the local nature reserve and it is alive with butterflies. they seem to be doing better with these hot sunny summers. Not so many hoverfles though.

I think that it's always nice to name the species if possible. Here is a basic ID butty chart for you
