Re: Is Family Christmas to be legally Wrecked?
We had our family Christmas last week, while we could. My son, Daughter and Grands came up for a long W/E. On Sunday we had a big Christmas Meal but with beef not turkey and were all to stuffed to move so we sat in the den watching DVDs and chatting. We exchanged Christmas gifts and had a lovely lazy day.Re: Is Family Christmas to be legally Wrecked?

Like Muddy I really dont enjoy Christmas. I do it for my two beautiful granddaughters. They want me there . I stay 3 nights and I'm always pleased it's over and I can go home to my bed . I know some may say I'm miserable but I cant help it . I hate the materialism and over indulgence of toys and gifts and my daughter spends hundreds of £ on presants ( lucky they can afford it) but i dont like it . I try to explain to my girls that things will not make them happy if they do it's only for hours and then they will keep wanting . The girls are lovely but are materialistic because of over indulgence. Christmas morning presant unwrapping goes on for hours . It's too much
