Thank you for the instructions, I have managed to post a picture of what my recumbent more or less looks like, mine is from 2011 and the models change and upgrade yearly, so mine is a bit older than this picture, but you'll get a general idea of what it is like. I managed 23 miles today on it in an hour, which would have only been in my dreams 4 years ago.

A 2 wheeler isn't quite as low as a trike. They are a lot of fun to ride and remarkably stable the only problem with recumbents is going up hills you can't use your weight so you have to use low gears.

We have several kinds of recumbant bikes round here, some of which look like bathtubs on wheels ...most have a little flag to indicate their presence but I think they are a menace.

Mine is of the stationary kind. I have always called it my exercise bicycle. I don't how general this term is but it does avoid confusion.
