Ok, I guess I wasn't that clear in what I was asking. I agree that location and structure are key. But if I am looking at a house and the garden or decor are in a neglected state it makes me look for more faults because the implication is that the owner has not looked after things properly. It doesn't put me off the property, but probably to some extent changes the way in which I look at it. I'm wondering if others feel the same, and which in that context is more important to you.Re: What makes a bigger impression?
