Good morning , well its a bit cool here , but the sun is out and i really need to do some gardening today .

I should loan my washing out to areas effected by drought. It seems every time I put it out for the last few weeks, even if there is not a cloud in the sky, it will rain within minutes! I have just had to bring it in a few minutes ago as it had started to bucket, even though it was fine when I put it out!

The rains have begun here and are forecast for as far as anyone can predict. Typical Pacific Northwest Winter. The nice weather we've had was nice while it lasted and now we must pay the piper. Normally I'd jump in the car and go for a drive but the car's in the shop. Ah well have a good day all.

And they've started letting off fireworks already - argh! Look forward to the day they're banned!

Although we heard fireworks going off in the distance last night, we didn't see any.

It's a lot brighter today after yesterday's downpour, I hope things have quietened down in the Cumbria area too.

It's bonfire night/Guy Fawkes night (well was yesterday)
