I normally don't mind the rain but I'm sick of it now, everything and everywhere is filthy with mud and having to wear wellies all the time when walking the dog is knackering my legs
I remember that in March of last year I'd been outside and put 3 coats of fence stain on each side of both my front fences. No way I can do any of that here yet this year

It certainly has been a very long wet and cold winterThink the last one we had this bad was 2010
Its so bad here that the farmers are having to import fodder from the mainland for the cows as they have been in now since September and still cant be put out as there is no grass. Means the price of beef will rocket this year.
Our lawns are so bad we are going to have to rip them out and reseed. Barely a blade of grass anywhere - all moss
Still today is just picture perfect so enjoy it - we have more snow forecast for the weekend

The rainfall in Worcestershire for March was the most we have had in that month for over 70 years according to the local newspaper..This is a picture of the new flood gates which along with the barriers protect properties in Upton on Severn.
