I've just been reading more about this story. Dame Sally Davis is very reassuring, she states: "Women with PIP implants should not be unduly worried". Now if I was a Woman I would be very worried indeed, what if the pips germinated in my chest?, I wouldn't know whether to call a Doctor or a gardener.

Excuse my ignorance but what happens when these things are removed?Presumably there is a couple of large spaces to be filled besides the one in the cranium so do the women have to have an alternative fitted ?.
If as I suspect the ones at risk here in the UK were all installed privately who is going to pay?
Another inflationary tactic to further damage the NHS perhaps or is it that everything is balooning out of control.
