Glad you’re doing well Caricature, healthy diet and less saturated fats and salt is a good way to start.

I’m sure you will feel a lot better without that night work and your body clock is back to normal.

Just had the stroke clinic phone for a follow up appointment over the phone,that long ago I'd forgot the incident's.I feel good.
