Giving injections isn't a big deal I’ve done it many times for my hubby...as long as everything is sterile and the person has had a little training I would be OK with that.
Would you accept a Jab from a Squaddie or a Copper per se? or would it have to be a medical professional.
Yes I would accept a vaccination from someone who is not a medical professional and has been trained to inject people, why not.
I have injected many dogs over the years and had to be able to administer an EpiPen on children quickly at work, you don't need a medical degree to administer an injection.
I have 4 injections every day & no medical training makes you more able to give one..... even nurses are trained by injecting an orange!
Practice makes perfect, so I am sure all the people giving these vaccinations will be so well practiced that they do it as well as any professional.
I have even given my pets injections & they don't even notice.
I feel sure all the non medically trained people taking on these tasks will be quite capable of giving the injections once they have been ‘shown the ropes’.
So the answer is yes, I would definitely accept the injection from them.
