Good to hear there is nothing broken, Pauline, but it must have been a shock to the system. I would recommend a warm bath - if you feel up to it. Some arnica cream for the bruises, and an early night. I hope you are able to sleep.

I agree with Tabby, a lovely relaxing and healing bath is what's called for now. Nothing like it for helping to ease tension too.

We may have our differences on some subjects, and I have not commented until the known hospital results. However I am really feeling for you and hope you get back to your usual self soon. Glad it wasn't more serious and your ok.

Maybe you should give up roller skating on pavements,not a good idea as you get older
