Yes, I meal plan for the week I was spending too much money on food each week. Now I spend half the amount because I plan what we're going to have all week, then I buy it x
I only plan when I open the fridge or freezer when I'm ready for a meal! I'm not a foodie. I could probably eat the same thing every day and it wouldn't really bother me!
