Exercise for the over 40's

EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 40:
Begin with a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.
Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand . (I'm at this level.)
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag

By the time I get to Madmare's level, the potatoes would all have been scoffed

I was getting a bit concerned there too and as a tiny skinny person thought 'at this rate I'll be lifting my own weight'.
Nice one madmare.

After 40 you must have to consult with a trainer first.Because most of the men can not resist for a tough exercise that is why trainer first and foremost friend.

Huh??? - Trainer??? Do I need a trainer to help me lift my glass or fork (yes I'm left handed with my cutlery) and place it in my mouth??? Nah, I can manage that myself - don't need a trainer for that. As to other strenuous exercise??? - what's that??? I avoid that like the plague. Only exercise I now get is walking from my lounge to the kitchen to get even yet more food!!!
