Fish suppers

Just had one from our local chippy, I stopped getting them last year coz he was using beef dripping in the pans, very unhealthy, but tonight they were great I think he's switched to veggy oil.

My fish supper is partly healthy because I always have the fish lightly battered. After cooking all week I'd love someone to cook for me-send your son here Moli then you can get back to your fish suppers

My Hubby works away, so I tend to eat as and when, so he cooks everynight, apart from Sundays when I always do a roast....
