That's a great little pan we've got, it's heavy and the eggs don't burn easily.

3 eggs,
dash of milk,

Break eggs in a large bowl, beat vigorously then add small dash of milk, whisk again then pour into a pan with oil (pan oil must be hot) let it cook on a medium heat, once the eggs have set shake the pan to release them from it, (this is the tricky part) flip the eggs over, or you can use a fish slice, the eggs should be golden brown, let them cook for about the same time on this side then slide them out onto a plate.

Easy innit.

Thanks Nero, I'm gonna make one tomorrow with cheese (or later on today should I say).
