None of those DM, . . when I cut my thumb I slapped a band aid on it immediately, there was blood everywhere, . . I think the band aid acted like sutures.

I have not been ill or had a cold etc since February 1988

If I feel anything start to happen in my nose or chest I do a steam inhalation with a mix of tea tree, eucalyptus and frankincense (2 drops of each) and within 12 hours whatever symptoms I had disappear. It keeps the invaders local while still allowing the immune system to develop the antibodies.

They sell some really neat inhalers nowadays which is much easier and more gentle to use than a bowl

Hi Nero ..I wouldnt have the flu jab in the first place as I believe it can cause more than it protects. just my opinion.
