Asteroids

I see in the paper we have another asteroid heading our way.
Nassa spotted it two weeks ago apparently.
It's around 2,000 feet across and travelling at 78,000 mph.

It's supposed to be due on Halloween of all times. Let's hope it doesn't come too close!

Goodness Alan, my mind has gone into overdrive imagining a haemorrhoid 2,000 ft across hurtling at us.

Sorry Mupsy, your friend Nassa doesn't know anything about any type of oids. So, don't worry, our planet is as safe as it ever has been. Mind you, just in case, sleep under the kitchen table for a few years, I'll let you know when to come out again.
