Hi everyone, very late on parade today due to the internet being disconnected while I removed the hall ceiling to form the stair well for the loft, a filthy job which I am pleased to say went well and thank goodness it's done.... just showered and now enjoying a well earned coffee.

Did you have to do a Asbestos test on the ceiling first ?
Plumber wouldnt do a leak we had till a sample had been sent away and tested..
