Maths query

Using your fingers on the left hand from thumb to little finger count1-2-3-4-5 . so the little finger = 5

on the other hand same again counting backward from thumb to little finger 10-9-8-7-6 so little finger =6

Add the numbers togerther on the little fingers 5+6 =11.

So who said we only had 10 digits on our hands?

If you add corresponding fingers from each hand, they all add up to 11 .....

Yep. I use my toes instead they add up to ten

In a number of communities in England having six digits on each hand is the least genetic abnormality due to incest (yes, really) and generations of consanguinity.

It means close sharing of the identical gene pool as a result of first cousin marriages, even some illegal relationships over a number of generations in some cases. The results ARE horrendous and are costing the NHS a shed load of money and it's increasing.
