Re: Early Bird or Night Hawk?

I must admit i am the same late to bed and early to rise, i am fine with that but every now and again i have to catch up on my sleeping and rest lots to refresh.
Once i wake up in the mornings i cannot stay in bed and resting i have to be up and doing something.

Re: Early Bird or Night Hawk?

Sadly due to working nights even on my nights off I cant sleep so I am awake til about three then I sleep until about 9.30 which really gets on my nerves as I feel as if Ive missed half the day even though I only sleep for about 5-6 hours. If I sleep longer than that I wake with a really bad headache that I cant shift. As Im awake in the early hours most days I suppose I am a morning person as well though arent I?

I'm a night owl and an early bird ...... even if I can't sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning, I'm always up by 8:00am

Re: Early Bird or Night Hawk?

I never go to bed before 12.30 and get up about 7am in the winter earlier in the summer

I begrudge spending time sleeping, there will be plenty of time for doing that when I die

Re: Early Bird or Night Hawk?

I watch the 11 PM news in bed, then read till a little after midnight. I'd love to sleep till 9ish as I always used to do, but wake up around 7:30ish and cannot get back to sleep much as I want to....

Re: Early Bird or Night Hawk?

I'm a night owl too, have been for a long while now. Generally have around 6 hours sleep. Used to be able to drop off again if I woke up earlier, but don't seem to be able to do that anymore Must be an age thing.
