Gosh! ..... the scar is healing really well Carol, it's hardly noticeable now.

Are you still rubbing cream or vaseline on it?

Yes Mags - Bio oil several times a day.

It's only been this last few days that I've seen an improvement..

You are healing really well Carol & the scar will be almost invisible by the summer.

Apparently your nerve endings don't work so well when there is a scar. My sister accidentally burned herself where she had a scar.... because she couldn't feel the heat.
Sometimes the nerves become over-active & make the pain worse, so just ask at the hospital as your sore spot maybe a short term thing, whilst your nerve endings start working properly.
