Re: Hernia

Glad all went well Floydy and I wish you a speedy recovery. Take it easy and perhaps lisiten to some 'light' music rather than any 'heavy' stuff.

All the best.

Re: Hernia

That's fantastic news Floydy and I bet it's a great weight off your mind....as well as other places. Sometimes the NHS need a kick up the butt, but they usually come good in the end. I've never had any complaints.

I know it doesn't need saying, but take it very easy for the next few weeks Floydy, get your colouring books out, I've heard it's very rewarding, and addictive......
All the best mate.....

Don't try this at home just yet....

Re: Hernia

Best wishes from me too,mate.
I hope you make a speedy recovery.
Just be patient and don't go too gung-ho on your first gym visit.

Re: Hernia

Hi all.
Sorry for not getting back on here today, all I've wanted to do all day is take things easy and watch TV, though I did manage a short walk around Asda with my wife (she was driving, which is more painful than the operation after effects to be honest!)

All I want to do is sleep all the time and tomorrow I'm doing nothing.

Thanks again for all your support, it's very kind of you
