Possibility unless they follow in their parents footsteps.

Some say,how on earth do they manage looking after all of those children...I have seen it with my own eyes, that the older children, help mum and dad bring those children up.IMO..it is wrong...surely if you have children, you should as parents bring them up yourself...not the siblings.

Working parents leave theirs with strangers.
It could help older siblings learn parenting skills...
... or act as a deterrent as Muddy pointed out.

I am pointing out,
Older siblings learn parenting skills by watching/observing their parents...
.mum usually helps when her daughter has a baby, teenagers should not be forced to look after the much younger siblings..they did not choose to have a family.

As she had the first child at 14 and already has had 22 children (one was stillborn) you have to wonder what it has done to her body.
Few of those children can have had much individual mother time so I would think they've missed out on a lot of childhood with a mother constantly pregnant or with a newborn.
It doesn't seem a sensible decision.
