Well, I suppose if they didn't, someone else would, but it was stated tonight they are going to patrol the Syrian/ Turkish border . So seems a sensible option, rather than making more camps.

Here's the pipeline map and jargon.... if you are interested. It's long, and I haven't read much of it yet.. tell us what you think

With reference to Russia pulling out of Syria as I mentioned their intentions earlier.. but they will still have the naval base in Tartus, Syria.

If I were Israel I would be damn careful about depending on the US for backup.

I've read it all PD, and the reasoning makes sense of both US and
Russia's actions in the recent past and how their manipulations of
despotic arab dictators to work against each other has and still
could work out?
On balance what he says puts the blame on USA and Russia is
only acting in reaction to US tampering!
Before casting judgement l would like to know where Global Research
gets its funding?
But the article opens your eyes as to how the planet is being taken
over by ?????????

Re: Russia and middle east??

This mess isn't about oil. It's about a deal between the US and Erdogan in order for the US to continue to have access to the facilities in Turkey. In return the Turds were given carte blanche to attack the Kurds and the US could strengthen its regional presence.

Russia is an interesting player.

Originally came in to support the legitimate Syrian government in the face of not so surreptitious support of Islamists in the general region by Barack Hussein and the increased attacks on Russia because of the resistance to their attempted infestation of the southern states of the Russian Federation.

The islamists didn't like the kicking they received in Chechnya but hey! Poke the bear at your own risk.

It could very well be that the inevitable war between Islam and civilisation will involve Russia and China on the same side.

And to think that Fujiyama thought it was the end of history when the USSR collapsed in 93.

Iraq has given them the elbow as well, so from having the most
influence in the area they now have the least?
And l believe Vladimir went to Saudi recently too?
Things seem to be moving fast out there Todgy?

The Don a spy? Nah. The accusations of any political interfering by the Russians was and is total rubbish put about by the Dems.

As for the involvement of the Septics in the region - they are bound to fail.

The Third World War that has been heating up for some years will not be won by weapons based on those that would have helped win the last world war as was so obvious when the Americans repeatedly get their arses kicked in anything much more than local skirmishes in spite of huge technology advances.

The Russians on the other hand -----

I agree with much you say Todgy, but you say oil is nothing to do

Keep in mind that the USA is now a net exporter of the smelly black stuff as well as refined product (and my life, even Brent Sweet Light does smell horribly).
