Why the hell can't they pick their feet up and walk properly instead of sliding their shoes along the floor. This is aimed at those young enough and fit enough to do so.

Drivers who can barely see over the steering wheel of their cars. I saw a Honda SUV crawling into Lidl car-park yesterday and I thought it was one of the new self-driving vehicles as the the only part of the driver you could see properly was the top of his head. The daft old bugger couldn't manage to park it between the lines of the requisite parking spaces so he just dumped it across one of those lined traffic separators. The car was far too big for him and presumably if he altered the seat height he wouldn't be able to reach the pedals. If he's arsing around like that in a car park, can you imagine being stuck behind him in traffic?
