What happened to the edit button?

Or has there never been one on this forum.
I noticed a spelling mistake on one of my posts so went to edit yet find I cannot.
I was sure there was an edit button as one of my post says underneath 'Last edited' and gives a date.

Re: What happened to the edit button?

Odd as I can see it on the above post, I assume it is time limited then?

Yes there is a time limit on the Edit Button MrFraggle .... not sure of the exact time but I think it's about 30-40 mins.

Wish we could edit other people's posts like the mods can. Just leave in the useful information and not have to plough through so much nonsense. Only 1% of people are eligible for those long-winded posts though, not the majority of posters, I might add).
