Another thing, why do people post things for sale on local selling pages and put, " just needs a wash, ironing, fixing" etc?
I wouldn' t sell stuff that was dirty or broken! Wouldn't want to buy it either.

Or... seen in a newspaper ad. Mattress for sale - some slight soiling. Nothing nasty, just heavy breathing. Yuk.
