Face mask fashion

I wear 3 ply, plain, black, shaped cotton ones
That's because I usually wear at least one black clothing item every day... and I like matching stuff!
There are lots of flowery and novelty patterned ones at school
Some wear the throw away surgical blue-ish/white ones

What do you wear?

Re: Face mask fashion

Mostly plain-coloured (black, grey, blue, red, brown, green, khaki) plus a couple of camos - 3-ply cotton - some with filter pocket, some with nose-clip, some with ear-adjusters .....

Get you you trend setter!

Do you wash at 40° or a hot wash?
I do 40° but with a capful of anti-bac liquid added

Grey, maroon or navy blue. I wash them out under the (very) hot tap with antibacterial soap and disinfectant. Rinse thoroughly in hot water, then cold. Dry on radiators (water for radiators comes out of boiler at 65°C).

I've got a snood. The usual mask over my hearing aid screws it up.

Re: Face mask fashion

I still haven't found a comfortable mask & I have around 20 now. All washable, I wash them by hand with anti-bac cleaner & rinse & pull them to shape & dry them naturally. I have sewn down the tops of some to make them fit better & those are a better fit, but I still feel claustrophobic wearing those. Mine are patterned in different mostly flowery material, I have one blue with gold stars, that was the most expensive & I have 2 plain, one black, one grey. Don't like wearing them at all though. Good job I only need them for supermarket shopping.

Re: Face mask fashion

I've got a dark blue fine-woven cotton one that Mrs mart made and a black one bought from Boots that 'Which' recommended. Both are OK but the Boots one is slightly easier to breathe through.
