I would prefer to channel negative energy into some work. Or the dog is the best company at such times, ever watchful and attention seeking. The elder cat too seems to have soul healing powers with her gentle counsel and constant purring.

I don't really get into bad moods, but if I do, some loud rock music directly into my ears usually forces the grump out!
