I've not found it too hard. Real life is harder.

We’re still in lockdown. My province is lockdowned - no travel to other provinces. It is meant to end this month… let’s see if it does.

Update: lockdown includes a prohibition on the sale of alcohol
During the whole COVID scare from start till now the only businesses that didn't shut down at all were Liquor Stores and Cannabis dispensaries. We Americans know if you're going to lock up the general populace you must keep them medicated.

Here's a funny for you. On just how stupid Americans can be. The government issued Economic Impact Payments during lockdown. In other words here's money to spend on pot and alcohol, because those are the only businesses open. Grocery stores were open too, but the only two industries that showed profits were up was alcohol and weed. Draw your on conclusions. When I say showed profits weed in Colorado alone reported $2.2 billion in sales.

Pretty serious situation.

All non essential retail is currently shut down (except "Click and Collect"). Thank goodness Grog Shops are considered an essential service. Life in lockdown would be unbearable otherwise.

I am down to my last half dozen stubbies so a trip to the Bottle Shop is in the offing.

Explains the insurrection then. Each lockdown had an alcohol ban or restriction.

Well at least people were in their homes saying ‘peace brother’

Did I mention, our first lockdown also banned cigarettes and related products. Illegal sales of tobacco products abounded.
