The smell of toast is permeating from the kitchen, and the squeezy bottle of honey is poised in my sticky little mit....I can feel a great run coming on in the morning........But only if I get an early night and don't waste too much energy avoiding axe wielding overweight naked femails.....

It's not too bad here Jem, also quite warm for the time of year....Had a constructive day, well actually a de-constructive day....
Took the bed to pieces and transferred it into another room so the carpet fitter can do his stuff tomorrow....I hope I can find my way back to bed after visiting the toilet.....
