formatted memory card?

So you think you have formatted and deleted photos on you memory card ? wrong. I just ran a recovery program I have and it produced all these photos




This SD card was formatted in camera and on computer but the data was still there

Formatting doesn't erase it simply marks the space as free so you can record over it. I order to completely erase anything electronically, you have to use a "shredder". It over writes everything with random 1 and 0s. You have to do this several times to make sure files a unrecoverable. It's hard to get rid of any electronic information permanently.
