I love the village too.

The first time we went there, I bought a postcard of a tree by a stone wall with the three sisters in the background (as you do). When I got back, I painted a picture from it and hung it on the wall for a few years. When we went back the following year, I was driving along and spotted the very same tree and view.

Scotland just isn't multicultural enough.

For starters they could take in five million African asylum seekers and gain the multifarious benefits of that.

Terrific photos, LD - you got a much better shot of the Glenfinnan Viaduct than I was able to achieve. Nice Autumn colours there too

Re: Scotland the beautiful

Lovely pictures Longdogs, Richmond and Roxy. Reminds me of when I drove up and down the glens on the west coast in my old Anglia 105E in my young days. I took lots of pictures but it was before digital photography took over.
