The Buddleia is out now but no butterfies. Lots of bees around the other plants, but nothing on the Buddleia.

I have seen a couple of what looked like the Painted lady in the garden along with just a few whites but nowhere near as many as last year. As mentioned, there does seem to be a lot more birds so maybe they ate all the caterpillars?

There's loads of them now all over the garden.

Its great to sit out there and watch them flying around the garden.
There are quite a few pairs they keep sneaking in between the green leafs to have a bit of nookie.

Well thats what I am guessing is happening.

Just glad somebody's getting some around here.

Buddleia has bees, but I have only seen one butterfly, a Red Admiral so far.
