Yes well, the mums in links are the only parental name on the b/c but still made a claim years later, it's all greed imo, can't have things one way then change one's mind when it doesn't suit. Surrogate relationships have to be made clear in law for all concerned05-06-2013, 09:27 AM

I agree surrogate laws must be made clear, it should be made easy to understand and some sort of register of potential donors and surrogates would be good too so people can find them more easily then it could be done much more professionally than it is now.|
