Laid back or quick tempered

Do you lose your rag easily or does it take a lot to get your goat? I don't have a bad temper but when something does get me mad I don't deal well with it very well and usually end up in tears and can't get the words out I want to say.
I rather not be so serious and try to let things go over my head, I wouldn't say I'm hot headed.

What about you? I think I can guess the answers from some forum members but I'll wait and see if I'm right

I'm so laid back I'm almost horizontal. It takes a lot to nark me.

Never was one for losing me rag, and now that I’m old I can’t even remember the last time I lost me temper, not worth the hassle is it really?
