engaging HEART & SOUL
Heart & Soul,I have heard this expression ,voiced with some passion three times over the weekend .
As three times is a portent of enhanced synergy and power I wondered how this might be of importance to me in my rarified air bubble.
For the most part, I am a laid back to an alarmingly low state.
I seldom become worked up about life, the universe and all that,.
What do you feel passionate about ?
Does engaging with heart and soul speak to you?

What do you feel passionate about ?I am just really passionate about life and how happy I seem to be lately. Little things are bringing me much joy. I live in a wooded area and I am surrounded by wild life and for some reason it makes me feel good......and it makes me happy to get my hands in the dirt, in the garden although it is nearly over for this year.
All these feelings are new to me in the last month or so....it seems my life is taking a change for the better.....

I'm passionate about animals especially Lions and wildlife and it breaks my heart to see what is happening because of man, it makes me angry and frustrated as I feel so helpless. If I wasn't married I think I would like to do something to do with conservation of wildlife.Over the past 18 months I'm passionate about my health and fitness and have reinvented myself with sheer determination and self control, I was in a bad place and can see light at the end of the tunnel.
Like our Sweets, I'm very passionate about my husband.
