The parrot who orders online.

This African Grey parrot has learnt to order things online using Alexa.

LOL I often have to use voice activation typing tech if my dogs bark or make a noise some of the stuff I "type" on here is unprintable My chihuahua apparently swears like a fish wife and labrador makes some strangely worded insults. I have to be very careful to recheck my posts or you would all get a nasty shock sometimes

Yes used to be one where I used to work it appeared to be quite clever as well as funny. I used to think it was like chatting to a 2 or 3 year old child that swore quite a lot. It was amazingly good at accents too.

Never hold out a finger to it though or you might lose the tip it had quite a strong bite !

So this is a vid of Alexa not understanding a Scottish accent.

WARNING: Contains a few F words, if easily offended please don't watch!

I don't suppose we will ever know but all I can say is that in a house I was working in once, the parrot had me answering the front door.

Just loved this story when I read it.

A cheeky African Grey has been ordering himself stuff off Amazon through Alexa.

I have an African Grey called Jako, he is VERY clever indeed and talks up a storm.

Here is a picture of him and my husband. They love each other
