Re: Last Tango in Halifax
Having watched Last Tango tonight it seems the whole Cast have problems, and were all depressed, and so am I now.
Celia has turned into a nagging wife.
I would rather watch.."Not on Your Nellie" with Hylda Baker.

I'd love to know what she was cooking with so many carrots.

So would we. Did you notice there was only 1 smallish potato on the table?

Derek Jacobi and Anne Reid.
Just seen they are making a new series after a four year break. Sarah Lancashire will be in it too.
I used to enjoy this, so looking forward to it's return later this year.
I've heard of it, but never seen it.
... been watch stuff on iPlayer recently, and I see this is available ... from the beginning, think I'll give it a go.

To be honest, I think it should have ended after the last season. The storylines are getting a wee bit ridiculous now, imo.

Why don’t people on telly use veg peelers? I almost lost the will to live watching them use knives!

I was waiting for one of them to cut a slice of finger off - maybe THAT would have livened that scene up a bit
