WE just gotta keep calm & carry on ,nothing else for it in My Book.
It will pass eventually , who would have thought a few bats could cause all this disruption ,makes me furious with the Chinese .
THe way they kept it under wraps .

Muddy, When did the last one happen? 1348?

Do you not think we’ve come a long way since then, regarding washing, sanitising and general hygiene?
There was no media then, no one to warn the population or what measures to take then.

Apparently during the plague people would just be locked in their houses for forty days. Not even allowed to open windows.

Well, l suppose they had no choice as there was no National Health Service or Ventilators then.
