The guy who sid it was a black man with dreadlocks driving a silver Mercedes

He managed to get £300 out of their account from a cash point in clacton which the bank refunded straight away

Just stay safe people !

As well as the thieves indicated by the OP these types are also still online with their low-life, thieving ways. This morning there was an item on BBC about scams linked to the coronavirus, these always require the recipient to click on a link within the e-mail or text. If any 'fine' is genuine then you can be sure if not paid you will be chased for payment. Best advice given out is don't click on any link in unsolicited e-mails or texts.

I suppose all the 'legal' thieves such as bankers, care home owners and traffic wardens are relaxing at home now.
