Young people know it all; you can't advise them. They believe what the lefty academics tell them but, like everyone, they eventually learn by experience.
Young people are taught to remain by their teachers and lecturers. It's quite disgraceful.

All the young people I talk to are in favour of the Brexit party funnily enough. Labour lied to students about tuition fees and now Corbyn has turned to lying to young workers by telling them he will double their wages if they vote for his Marxist cult.

Another load of crap from Labour ... so far when it comes to Brexit

Corbyn ... leave
Watson .. remain and reform
McDonnell ... remain
Thornberry .. 2nd referendum

Conservatives when it comes to Brexit ...

May ... Remain (May resigning but here comes Boris to reform for pro leave - all too late in my opinion)
Liddington ... Remain
Hammond ... Remain
Hunt ... reluctant leaver

For the Lib Dems just look at Nick Clegg - why on earth would young people vote for the Lib Dems when Clegg said he would get rid of student fees then changed his mind... he lied ! He then said he would campaign for remain so students could study around Europe ... and lost miserably in the referendum. Now he's bailed on young people altogether and moved to his multi million dollar house on his multi million dollar salary in the USA so he can make sure, as communications director, of Facebook, young people can continue to promote self harming and bullying on social media while he sits on his smug backside gorging on (chlorinated) chicken dinners.

25% of the Lib Dems voted leave in the referendum. Where will they go I wonder ... yep, the Brexit Party.

The Green Party - a vote for them would be turning the whole country into the disaster they made out of Brighton.

Change UK ? Forget it - it's run by piss head Anna Soubry, Heidi Allen who nobody has ever heard of and Chucka Ummunna who is nowhere to be seen and doesn't like publicity (the reason he declined to run for labour leader).

So that leaves the Brexit Party ...

Young people want change as much as older people. Everyone has had enough of this shit.

Well explained!

To precis that:

Conservatives - some leave, most remain, have failed spectacularly in government.

Labour - some leave, most remain, but they keep changing their minds depending on who they think will vote for them!

Limp Dems - all remain, although to be fair they have been consistent!

Greens - minority and always will be.

Change - minority and will disappear in time.

UKIP - gone too far right and will also disappear in time.

Yes, it is perfectly clear why the Brexit Party is in the lead. I just hope that this performance is repeated when it comes to the next general election because they are the only people I could trust to be honest to their word.

No, they haven't put together a manifesto (other than to fight our corner in Brussels), but neither have any of the other parties: it is not close enough to the next GE yet.

I notice that this time around you don't give a thumbs up to ray cathode's post about letting drown those seeking refuge in the UK.
But none of you condemns the attitude.

The UK decides, after the people are on british soil, whether they are entitled to refugee status. If not they have no right to stay. They have not committed a crime, remember, they were brought ashore by the british.
The choice to make is, bring them to the country of origin. If that can be established, and (!) that country wants them back. You can't make that country to accept them, in which case there is problem.you are stuck with the unwanted persons.
The alternative choice is let them leave, with some money, after they signed a promis they will leave. If later they are found on british soil, they committed contract breach, which is not a crime.

Should you be a member of the EU you can send economic immigrants back to the country of entry. Solving your problems with immigration is easiest when in the EU. Outside you will encounter problems you have no means to solve.

So they can come back again with a different identity and get more money to leave but not before telling their friends and families what mugs the British are.

If they have committed a `contract breach` (), how do you propose that they are punished? Let them stay perhaps because they were so determined to get here they keep returning?

Tough is not the answer. These unwanted young men have committed no crime in the UK. Often they have in their own country, which is therefore glad to see the last of them. They don't want them back. You have no way to convince that country, or to force it in receiving these men.
You can't put them in jail, remember, no crime. So you put them in shelters. They are free to leave and visit surrounding villages where they are a disturbance and annoyance. If they commit a crime, are caught and convicted, you put them in your prisons already full of british criminals of which you have plenty.
Perhaps you can start a prison colony on some of the scottish islands? I noticed on this forum some who might be suited to perform guard duties there.

Always stay within the limits of the law. British law seems inept in this case. EU agreements offer a solution (send them to the country of entering and let them handle it), but you want to leave and as a sovereign country solve your own problems by making your own laws.
So sovereign man, what is your solution?

Re: Andrew v Nigel!

Do what Denmark does and indoctrinate immigrants into being Danish.

They don't like it, that's why they avoid Denmark like the plague.

Nice to see Denmark embracing multi culturalism.... not

Meanwhile in Italy, every landed migrant migrant will cost George Soros and his NGOs 5k. Let's see if he puts his money where his mouth is ....
