What/If

I have just started watching What/if on Netflix.

It's about a young couple - she has a startup company trying to get big finance, he is an ex baseball player currently a paramedic trying to become a fireman.

There is a Faustian element to this with a new venture capitalist. It has some interesting supporting characters.

I have only watched the first two episodes but am quite interested in carrying on with this series.

My only complaint is that there is one homosexual scene which I had to fast forward through but not enough to make me want to stop watching.

It seems that no drama program can be made now without including some sort of homosexuality, yet naively I never knew it was so common as to be fashionable....

It's not Barry, but for some reason we have to have it thrust upon us, as with many other things we find distasteful these days.
