Derby boss Wayne Rooney said it was "disappointing and upsetting" to hear some Millwall fans boo players taking a knee at the start of Saturday's Championship match.

Very tiring isn't OGF. I doubt Rooney (who's wallet is larger than his brain) even knows why they were doing it. Just get on with playing football FFS.

I don't understand all this "taking the knee" nonsense. I REALLY don't. We have absolutely NOTHING o apologise for, at least the Millennials forwards don't other than being utter prats to have fallen for the snowflakes and the Socialist traitors to their race, nationality, and the price they should have.

It's beginning to annoy me now Longdogs, with F1 and football pandering to the whims of what basically are a bunch of trouble causers, and are introducing racism where there was very little before. There will always be the knobs who like to wind things up because they can. I don't even think they are racists, but while ever they get a reaction, it will carry on.

If it is soccer you are talking about they were probably just practising falling over in the penalty area and acting like a bunch of girls who have broken a finger nail.

Actually that is very unfair to girls as the female soccer players don't behave like that and even make soccer quite interesting

So true. My son used to play soccer (football) when he was a kid from 8 to 16 years. Even in the youngest grades I never saw childish behaviour of the kind I've seen from men at the very top level of international football. With money they make and the power they have over young kids I cringe in shame at the petulant and wet behaviour that they indulge in at times. But the women are awesome. They play hard but they play fair (mostly) and their skills are every bit as good. And when they get knocked down..they don't roll around and cry. they get up again and carry on...like a bunch of?..girls??
