IIRC, Brian played Appalachian dulcimer on "I Am Waiting" (from 'Aftermath'), too.

Yes Omah, that too featured BJ on the dulcimer.
In the 60's several groups/musicians indulged in baroque pop and another that comes to mind is Silky
