Ahh, okay, was just wondering. I didn't know if it was dry-smoked or you smoke it yourself, etc. I'm a seafood lover, but I eat more shellfish than regular fish. Shrimp, clams and mussels are a few of my favorites, but I also love oysters, lobster when I can afford it, crab meat, etc. I especially love crab claws. Fresh is best, but there's a market that sells tinned claw meat, whole and still in the shape of the claw, and even though it's tinned, they keep the tins on ice in the seafood case. I don't normally like tinned crab meat, but these nice chunks of claw meat are so delicious.
