My day will be spent by firstly going to the gym (no chill-out for this old bear until I've earned it) to embark on a new phase more inclined to cardio-work (to take me into post-middle age lol).

This afternoon I, my wife and a couple of good friends are going out for a few drinks in Hull's old town ending up with a meal. I already have a fair few real ale pressies, so my "celebrations" may well continue later at home.
