Good morning Thursday

Good morning all, the rain has finally stopped after a full 14 hours of it, thank goodness it wasn't snow though...

Hopefully if it's a bit milder today I can get in the garden to weed and turn over a couple of raised beds ready for spring, I really need some fresh air and exercise after the last few days of harsh weather keeping us inside.

I'm up bright & early after a night of insomnia.

Later I'm meeting my friend at the gym for a bit of gentle exercise.
No other plans for the day.

Good Morning all

I am still on 'Westie Watch' - nice for me - not good for my poorly neighbour. Going to do her shopping for her later on. A friend is collecting me and we are off to one of the shopping centres.

Good morning,

Alternating between snow, sleet and rain here with minus temperatures. There's been a few accidents on the roads this morning.

Cleaning out the rabbit cages is the top priority today and the car dealer merry-go-round continues.

I've not done much exercise since Christmas Floydy due to a nasty virus I caught.

My exercise regime is hardly worth talking about - just a steady walk on the treadmill - on a gradient if I can manage it and a bit of rowing/cycling on the very lowest setting. I'm trying to build up gradually.

Good morning all.
Blue sky and sunshine so far today, but very wet everywhere still.

Three new Agapanthus I ordered were delivered yesterday, so I must get those into pots this morning before I go to the Dentist for a check up. Then onto get my weekly shop on the way home.
